Andrew Garner
Company Chairman & founder. Andrew has extensive experience at board level as Chairman, CEO and Managing Director across a wide range of sectors in public and private businesses in the UK and overseas, including but not limited to: heath care, consumer electronics, heavy engineering, distribution, factoring, venture capital and finance.
Reece Garner BA Hons
Associate Director. Reece has been recently appointed to the business in the role of Researcher and Analyst. Reece studied politics at Exeter University and concentrated on international markets and the respective trade.
Tim Sykes ACA, BSc Hons
Associate. Financial Analyst, Tim has acted as Chief Financial Officer at various public and private companies. His background is in private equity, corporate finance and M&A. He has been involved in over 100 corporate transactions from fund raising, through to lead advisory and due diligence. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics.
Roy Butterworth FCCA, MBA
Associate Director. Roy also shares a large and varied commercial background and brings a wealth of international experience to the business having acted in most positions as FD, CEO and Chairman in a variety of companies. Roy particularly has significant hands on experience dealing in financial instruments, hedging and trading commodities.
Grahame Sewell FCA
Associate. Experienced entrepreneur who has lived in five countries with strong experience in technology and healthcare. Grahame also has experience in financial services, retail and mining. A chartered accountant, he has worked with high growth companies in senior management positions at Lotus Development (software), Reebok and Alliance UniChem.
Dave Robinson ACMA
Associate. A licensed Financial Advisor based in Singapore, Dave has previously acted in the role of CEO and FD of UK and US listed companies and has extensive experience of living and working in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Dave represents FTC in the region as well as being a fund promoter with an extensive access to the HNW investor base.
